The Culinary Team of Selectum Luxury Resort became the winner of the competition in International İstanbul Cuisine Days which is arranged 16th in this year by Turkey's Cooks and Chefs Association between 22-25 February 2018.
Contestant chefs from Selectum Luxury Resort Executive Sous Chef Mustafa Yankavi and Sous Chef Zübeyir Ekiçibaşı gained one gold medal in the field of live performance and 3 gold medals in the field of international closed-box category, so they gained 4 gold medals totally in the biggest gastronomic competition of the Turkey and considered as a festival.
The Culinary Team of the Selectum Luxury Resort which integrates the unique flavours of Turkish Cuisine with International Cuisine, admired the jury with its professional approach and creativity.
